The Mentorship Developmental Journey

Stage 1: Foundation & Personal Growth

Mentee orientation, pairing with dedicated adult mentors from the alumni chapter, setting personal achievement goals, and participating in bi-weekly group Shop Talk mentorship circles.

Stage 2: Academic Enrichment & STEM Pathways

High school course selection guidance, SAT/ACT test preparation support, tutoring access, and workshops aligned with aptitudes, STEM interests, and four-year degree requirements.

Stage 3: Financial Literacy & Career Exposure

Interactive budgeting sessions, personal finance modules, resume building, mock job interviews, and corporate career exposure visits with regional industry leaders.

Stage 4: Service Learning & Leadership

Active community volunteerism, including monthly food pantry distributions and A-House service initiatives, instilling leadership through meaningful community uplift.

Stage 5: Signing Day & Scholarship Awarding

Celebration of high school graduation, college acceptance recognition (our 6 for 6 milestone), financial scholarship disbursement, and transition into collegiate mentorship.

Kappa League / Youth Mentorship

Our youth mentorship programming helps young men develop the confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and exposure needed to succeed in school, college, careers, and life through workshops, mentoring relationships, career exploration, and Shop Talk sessions.
