Ongoing guidance from alumni chapter mentors throughout college.
Candidates are evaluated based on academic commitment, community service, and personal leadership potential.
Must be an upcoming or graduating high school senior within the target service area.
Acceptance or active enrollment in an accredited institution pursuing a 4-year degree.
Demonstrated dedication to volunteer service, civic engagement, or leadership programs.
Participation or willingness to engage with mentoring and personal development values.
